Sunday, June 27, Impromptu Impromptu celebrates the swing music of Django Reinhart, the famous Gypsy guitarist who along with violinist Stephane Grappelli founded the Hot Club of France defining a jazz genre known as “Gypsy Jazz.” The quartet is lead by Moroccan born guitarist M’hamed El’mendra with Gabriel Mervine on trumpet, Charlie Mertens on the bass and Mark Emmons on drums. |
