Workshop Alumni Happenings August 19 – September 1, 2026

By Vail Jazz

Jeffery Miller (trombone, 2013), Alphonso Horne (trumpet, 2004), and Evan Sherman (drums, 2009) will all perform at Little Island in New York City this August.

Set above the Hudson River at Pier 55, Little Island blends an imaginative public park with two outdoor performance spaces and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline. It’s an unforgettable setting to see three Vail Jazz Workshop alumni sharing the stage in the heart of NYC.
