Vail Jazz Venues
The Vail Jazz Festival typically takes place in two iconic Vail locations, with special events speckled throughout. Thursday evening performances take place under the Jazz Tent in the heart of Lionshead Village, and free Sunday evening performances take place on the Solaris Plaza in Vail Village.
JAZZ TENT AT VAIL SQUARE

Tucked into its picture book setting adjacent to the Arrabelle Hotel, it’s THE place to be to see live jazz. Seating in the tent provides great sightlines and carefully tuned acoustics to complement a stunning roster of superlative artists in the festive Arrabelle courtyard, replete with restaurants, taverns, shops, and a highly convivial vibe.

In the heart of Vail Village, Solaris Plaza is the perfect area to dance on the grass, bring a blanket, sit on the steps, or snag a table at a local restaurant to experience live jazz. This stunning timber and stone mountain facility backs to the Gore Creek and provides the backdrop for a truly memorable experience. The Donovan Pavilion can be home to special performances throughout the summers. Onsite parking is free.

Vail Jazz Club Series returns to the Remedy! With a backdrop of Vail mountain views, The Remedy provides a decidedly sleek, modern, expansive space for Wednesday night jazz with an urban/chic vibe. Throughout the summer, the Remedy hosts jazz pianist Stu MacAskie and his trio, joined weekly by an array of visiting jazz luminaries, creating an evening of lively musical concoctions.
